After install Mercurial repository in Santrex hosting, I had a problem:

$ sudo aptitude install mercurial -y

[...] cutted [...]

$ hg --version

abort: couldn't find mercurial libraries in /usr/bin
/usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/vipy-0.4-py2.6.egg

/usr/lib/python2.6/lib-dynload /usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-packages

(check you install and PYTHONPATH)

As we can see, there is some problem with the PYTHONPATH. To solve it just execute:

$ sudo update-python-modules -p

Regards, Jan.

Note: I don't have a /home/kenny folder. It's just a copy-paste of the error that I've found on the Internet. If you name "kenny" a VPS account you are just looking for problems.

Edit: This is the end of the story.
